Are Latter-day Saints any better than those gentiles who say, “we don’t need another Bible?”

Latter-day Saints ARE those Gentiles. We are the Gentiles of the Book of Mormon.
Please refer to my previous blog titled Gentile Kings and Queens. Yes, Mormons are gentiles. But I am specifically referring to the rest of the gentiles who are not LDS who reject the Book of Mormon. Then I contrast them with LDS who treat the Book of Mormon lightly. I hope this clarifies things. Thank you for chiming in.
